ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
This matter is before the Board on consolidated complaints concerning allegations that
the respondents violated provisions of the Environmental Protection Act (Act) (415 ILCS 5/24
(2004)) and Board regulations, by emitting noise resulting from the barking, howling, and
whining of dogs housed in respondents’ boarding kennel located in Grayslake, Lake County.
The Board granted a motion to consolidate PCB 02-11 and 02-32 on October 18, 2001.
On February 27, 2007, the complainants jointly filed a motion to dismiss the consolidated
action. The complainants assert on June 6, 2005, the parties
entered into a settlement agreement.
Mot. at 1. The complainants ask to dismiss their claims in the consolidated action with prejudice
and with each party to bear its own fees, costs, and expenses.

. The motion is granted. The
Board hereby dismisses the complaints, and closes the dockets.
