HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 15, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner will contact respondent’s permitting unit
directly regarding various clean-up options.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 18, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
