HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 14, 2007, petitioner advised the hearing officer that a motion to
voluntarily dismiss would be filed before the next status conference. If the motion is
filed, the status conference shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 3:00 p.m. on September 17, 2007. The telephone status conference will
be initiated by the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
