HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 19, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The complainant represented that stipulation and proposal for
settlement (stipulation) regarding respondent The Highlands, L.L.C., is being circulated
for signatures. The complainant also represented that a draft stipulation regarding
Murphy Farms, Inc., is being circulated for review and comment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer on November 30, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
