HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 21, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties represented that settlement talks have been ongoing and
that they are hopeful that a resolve will be reached. The parties also represented that
discovery is continuing. To that end, complainant’s motion for a protective order will be
revisited at the next status conference if needed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on August
30, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
