HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. Petitioner reports that the parties are meeting next month to discuss one final
issue.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 23, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
There is an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
