HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 4, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the parties have
finalized the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement with respect to this docket.
However, the proposed agreement will not be filed with the Board until the consent order in the
federal action is finalized.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on January 3, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
