HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 17, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are meeting tomorrow to determine whether the matter before the
Board may be dismissed without the federal consent order. If not, a feasibility study will be
needed for a processing agreement that must be finalized before consent decree is filed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:30 p.m. on October 15, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
