HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 17, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties continue to meet with the Department of Justice to discuss language
for the proposed federal consent order.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on September 17, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
