HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 18, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that settlement discussions are proceeding but that there
has been an administrative change that needs to be briefed on the above-captioned matter. The
petitioners represented that they will file a 90-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on February 10, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The status must be initiated by the petitioners, but
each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
