HEARING OFFICER ORDER
Please be advised that the above-captioned matter has been assigned to the
hearing officer noted below. From this date forward, any document filed with the Clerk
of the Board must also be served individually on the hearing officer. The petitioner
represented on May 13, 2009, that it will file a waiver of the statutory decision deadline to
and including November 19, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on July 16, 2009, at 1:30 p.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared
to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
