HEARING OFFICER ORDER
The parties are advised that this matter has been assigned to the hearing officer identified
below. From this date forward, any pleading filed with the Clerk of the Board in this matter
must also be served individually on the hearing officer.
A hearing has been set for July 29, 2009. Although petitioner is located in St. Clair
County, petitioner requested that the hearing be held in Springfield. Unless petitioner files a
deadline waiver, the parties are advised that the record must be closed no later than
August 17, 2009. The transcript will be ready by August 3, 2009, and each party will have one
week to complete its brief.
No status conference has been set, although the parties may contact the hearing officer if
anything arises.
The decision deadline is September 17, 2009.
