HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 9, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties agree that respondent’s deadline to answer the complaint is
extended to August 7, 2009. The parties continue to discuss settlement, and respondent
continues to work on the site.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 10, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
