HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. The parties are waiting for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
to review the proposed settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 20, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
