HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 18, 2009, the parties were schedule to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Respondents’ attorney called in advance to say that
he would be unable to attend. Complainants’ attorney requested an additional 90 days for
discovery.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 18, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainants.
