HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 27, 2009, the complainant informed the hearing officer that she had a
scheduling conflict with the previously scheduled telephonic status conference of June
11, 2009. To that end, the telephonic status conference is cancelled and will be continued
to the date and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on June 25, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Please contact
the hearing officer if this date and time is inconvenient. The telephonic conference must
be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
