HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 24, 2004, respondent filed a motion for extension of time to answer the
complaint. Respondent states that the parties have reached a proposed settlement agreement, and
that complainant does not object to this request. The motion is granted. The deadline for
respondent’s answer is extended to October 25, 2004.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 14, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter.
