HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 14, 2007, the parties submitted a joint proposed discovery schedule.
The proposed discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows: written discovery
served on or before May 15, 2007; responses to written discovery to be served on or
before June 15, 2007; fact depositions completed on or before July 16, 2007; expert
disclosures to be completed on or before July 30, 2007; expert depositions to be
completed on or before August 31, 2007; and dispositive motions to be filed on or before
September 28, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on April 12, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
