HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 7, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. The parties will file motions for partial summary judgment by July 16, 2004, and
responses will be due July 30, 2004. Petitioner agreed to file a 120-day waiver of the decision
deadline within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 3, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner
The statutory decision deadline is August 19, 2004.
