ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
This matter is before the Board on a petition filed by Keller Oil Company/Edgewood
(Keller) asking the Board to review a March 11, 2004 determination of the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency. The petition was filed in regards to Keller’s high priority
corrective action plan for Keller’s leaking underground petroleum storage tanks at its service
station located at Route 57, Edgewood, Effingham County.
On August 3 2005, Keller filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss the petition. In the
motion, Keller asserts that the parties have resolved the issues in dispute. The motion is granted.
The Board hereby dismisses the petition, and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on August 18, 2005, by a vote of 4-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
