HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 16, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that the stipulation and proposal for settlement
(stipulation) is being circulated for review and for signatures. The complainant agreed to an
extension of time for the respondents to file their answer, if needed, to and including February
17, 2005. To that end, the respondents’ answer is now due to be filed on or before February 17,
2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on February 10, 2005, at 11:45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed
before the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
