HEARING OFFICER ORDER
Petitioner has failed to appear at scheduled telephonic status conferences on November 9,
2004, December 16, 2004, January 19, 2005, and February 23, 2005. Further, the petitioner has
failed to return voicemail messages left by the hearing officer on February 23, 2005, March 1,
2005, and March 3, 2005. Should petitioner fail to appear at the next scheduled telephonic status
conference noted below, the hearing officer may refer this matter to the Board for appropriate
sanctions, if any.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on April 21, 2005, at 9;15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
