HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 6, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer. The parties have had ongoing discussions regarding the issues in the respective appeals.
The respondent represented that it will forward a settlement letter to the petitioner for review.
Petitioner will review and continue discussions. The parties are hopeful that these consolidated
appeals will be resolved prior to the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on June 17, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily dismiss the above-captioned
appeals is filed prior to the next status conference, the status conference will be cancelled
without further order.
