HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 29, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are discussing a proposed penalty amount. The Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) has reviewed respondent’s financial information,
and the parties plan to meet with the Agency on or around July 26, 2004.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on August 31, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
