HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 17, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has accepted respondent’s
penalty offer. Complainant is drafting the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement, and
will send the document to respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on April 19, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant, although each party is responsible for its own appearance. The parties shall be
prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
