HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 18, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is considering respondent’s
penalty offer.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on February 17, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the complainant, although each party is responsible for its own appearance. The parties shall be
prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
