HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 8, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner just received confirmation of the settlement agreement from
respondent, and plans to file a motion to voluntarily dismiss before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on April 7, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
