HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 10, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent has approved the site classification completion report. Petitioner
will file a motion to dismiss when respondent sends a No Further Remediation letter.
Additionally, petitioner agreed to file a 90-day waiver of the decision deadline within the next
seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on May 10, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline for this case is June 16, 2005.
