HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 15, 2004, the petitioners represented to the hearing officer that it intends to file
a motion for partial summary judgment in the near future. Petitioners further represented that it
will file a 120-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on April 29, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic conference
must be initiated by the petitioners, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
