HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 29, 2004, petitioner filed a motion to continue the status conference set for
November 16, 2004. Petitioner states that the parties are meeting on November 16, 2004 to
discuss settlement, and that respondent does not object this motion. Accordingly, the motion is
granted.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:15 a.m. on December 20, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
