Re:
#R04-22/23
To Whom It May Concern:
In reference to the proposed amendments to Part 732 and Part 734 Regulations, it
is my opinion as an interested person and tax payer that the Illinois Pollution Control
Board (IPCB) should hold additional hearings regarding these proposed amendments. It
is my belief, that the regulations do not reflect the concerns and needs oftank owners,
operators, contractors, and consultants. Additional testimonials hearings would bring and
the modifications which could result are crucial to all involved parties, and communities.
Too many people can be adversely affected by some of the changes, to not consider an
additional hearing.
The hearings which I am proposing should be held in the Southern region of Illinois. All
previous hearings have been held in Springfield and North. I propose Benton or South to
hold these hearings.
I appreciate your time and consideration in these matters.
