HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 28, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that they have reached a settlement in principle and are
revising a draft settlement document. The complainant may file a voluntary motion to dismiss
prior to the next status conference. To that end, it was agreed that all discovery must be
completed on or before December 15, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on November 20, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to dismiss is
filed prior to the next status conference the conference will be cancelled without further order.
