HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 20, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent continues to work with city officials regarding a noise barrier
solution. The next step is to determine any safety issues, such as obstructed vision, that could be
caused by a curb-side barrier.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on January 22, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
