    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On August 31, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney has heard from respondent that the city zoning
    commissioner objects to the proposed sound wall. Respondent’s attorney will discuss this matter
    directly with the city and get the objections in writing.
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:30 p.m. on October 2, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
