HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 4, 2009, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. The new permit was issued for public notice, and no comments were received. The
review period for USEPA ends today. If no comments are received, petitioner will dismiss the
appeal.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 16, 2009. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
