HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 31, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are holding this case while the Office of the Attorney General
(OAG) works on a related enforcement action. The OAG just received the case, so the parties do
not expect a resolution in the near future.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on December 21, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
