HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 6, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. Complainant requested additional time to work on
settling the issues with respondents Childress and McCoy before setting a hearing for
respondents Gray and Whyte. The request was granted.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on February 24, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
People. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter.
