HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 6, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. The parties have reached a settlement agreement, and respondent will send petitioner a
confirmation letter. Within the next seven days, petitioner will file a motion to dismiss or an
additional waiver of the decision deadline.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on August 5, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is October 22, 2004.
