HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 13, 2007, all parties participated in a pre-hearing conference with
the hearing officer. The parties represented that they were unable to proceed with the
hearing previously scheduled for December 20, 2007, and requested that the hearing be
rescheduled. A written motion to cancel was filed on December 14, 2007. The hearing
scheduled for December 20, 2007, was cancelled. The date and time of the rescheduled
hearing will be noted in the notice of hearing.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
pre-hearing conference with the hearing officer on January 17, 2008, at 11:45 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
