HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 29, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the parties
continued to exchange comments on the proposed settlement agreement. If the agreement is
filed with the Board, the next status conference shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on November 28, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is March 15, 2007.
