HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 27, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that they are still attempting to resolve this issue, but at
present, does not appear likely. The respondent represented that it intends to file a motion for
summary judgment. Respondent’s motion for summary judgment is due on or before
February 14, 2005. The complainants’ response is due on or before March 9, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on April 13, 2005, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
