HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 6, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer. The complaints represented that they filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss the above-
captioned matter on June 5, 2006. The respondent was given leave to file a response via
facsimile which he did on June 6, 2006. The parties were informed that the Board will take the
matter under advisement.
