HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 10, 2009, the respondent filed a motion to file an expanded post-hearing
brief instanter. The post-hearing brief was also filed. The respondent represents that the
brief exceeds the 50 page limit set forth in the Board’s procedural rules by 10 pages. The
complainant has not filed a response. The respondent’s motion is granted.
On April 23, 2009, the respondent filed a motion to amend respondent’s post-
hearing brief and file the amended brief instanter. The complainant has not filed a
response. The respondent’s motion is granted.
On April 24, 2009, the complainant filed a motion for an extension of time to file
its reply to respondent’s amended post-hearing brief, to an including May 8, 2009. The
