HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 25, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent asserts that he does not own or have access to the
site, and that may be confirmed by a court order in early November. If the court has not
issued an order by that date, a hearing will be set.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on November 13, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
