HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 23, 2007, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney contacted the hearing officer
to report that she was unable to locate a telephone number for respondent. Mr. Gates is
directed to call complainant’s attorney, Michelle Ryan, at (217)782-5544 to provide her
with a phone number at which he can be reached for status calls.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:45 a.m. on August 27, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
