HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 5, 2008, respondent filed a motion to compel production of the hearing
transcript, and to request an extension of time to file his post-hearing brief.
Complainant’s attorney informed the hearing officer that she does not intend to file a
response to the motion, and she does not object to respondent’s request for additional
time.
The hearing officer contacted respondent, and explained his options regarding the
transcript. The hearing officer and respondent agreed that the deadline for respondent’s
brief is extended to April 21, 2008.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
