HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 27, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent asserts that he does not own or have access to the site,
and that may be confirmed by a court order in mid-September.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:45 a.m. on September 25, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
