On August 1, 2006, complainant’s attorney participated in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer, and was unable to reach respondent. If settlement
appears unlikely, this case may be set for hearing at the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:45 a.m. on September 5, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
