HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 16, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector has advised respondent on a few more things that need
to be done at the site.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on August 19, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
