HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 25, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The bankruptcy court has approved the parties’ settlement agreement. The
parties are now circulating the agreement for signatures. If the agreement is filed before the next
status conference, that meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on November 1, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
